My Orange AI provides an AI-powered study platform for students preparing for JEE/NEET exams. Our services include an AI chat tutor, MCQ test generation, notes generation, progress tracking, and other study tools. The Service is offered under different subscription plans ("Free", "Pro").
To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Plans: We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits for each plan are detailed on our Pricing page.
Payments: For paid plans, we use Razorpay as our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your credit card details.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The plan will automatically revert to the "Free" plan upon the expiration of the subscription period unless renewed.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

All content on the Service, including the website design, text, graphics, logos, and the AI models, are the exclusive property of My Orange AI and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The study notes and MCQs generated by the AI for you are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.
The content, notes, and test questions generated by our AI are for study purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, My Orange AI does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of the AI-generated content. It should be used as a study aid and not as a substitute for professional academic advice or official study materials. You are responsible for verifying the information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Orange AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee any specific academic outcome or exam results from using our Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
